Boy Swimming Laps In Pool And Flipping Against Pool Edge — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1953, this vintage home movie captures a young boy swimming laps in a pool. The footage shows him moving through the water, flipping against the pool edge, and swimming with a freestyle stroke. The scene is bathed in a distinct blue-green tint typical of old film, with visible grain, scratches, and light leaks. The boy wears dark swim trunks, and the water's surface ripples around him. This authentic slice of mid-century American recreation offers a nostalgic glimpse into youth sports and summer leisure.
