Young Boy Dives Off Block Into Swimming Pool — Clip Details

A young boy in a white swim cap and dark trunks prepares to dive from a white block at a vintage outdoor pool in Yonkers, New York, 1953. He crouches, then launches into a forward dive as other youth swimmers in one-piece suits watch from the pool deck. The scene unfolds in authentic 8mm film with warm, slightly faded colors and visible grain, capturing a nostalgic moment of summer recreation and youthful competition at a community pool.
