Digital Delivery Policy
Stockfilm direct licenses are delivered online. There is no physical shipping, handling fee, or postal delivery for direct digital footage purchases.
1. What You Receive
A completed direct license purchase includes:
- A digitally restored 4K master file for the purchased clip.
- A receipt for the transaction.
- License documentation for the permitted use.
2. Delivery Timing
After payment is approved, Stockfilm provides digital access to the purchased file and license materials. Most direct purchases are available shortly after checkout.
Large files, payment review, manual licensing review, or technical issues may delay access. If a download link fails or does not arrive, contact us and include the clip ID and receipt email.
3. No Physical Shipping
Direct Stockfilm purchases are digital goods. We do not ship tapes, film reels, hard drives, discs, printed certificates, or other physical items for standard direct license orders.
4. Download Support
If a download link expires, fails, or points to the wrong file, email phil@stockfilm.com or use the contact form. We can re-check the order and restore access when the purchase is verified.
5. Marketplace Delivery
Files licensed through Pond5, Shutterstock, or another marketplace are delivered by that marketplace. Their download tools, file formats, delivery timing, and support rules apply to those purchases.
6. Returns and Refunds
Digital delivery affects refund eligibility. Read the Returns & Refunds policy before purchase if you need to understand when a direct digital license may be refunded.
