A Woman Jumps Into A Swimming Pool And Swims — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1953, this vintage home movie captures a woman in a black swimsuit preparing to dive at a backyard swimming pool. She crouches at the edge, then leaps into the water, her body slicing through the turquoise surface. Other swimmers relax on towels nearby, including a woman in a white swimsuit and cap. The footage shows natural film grain, slight color fading, and authentic 1950s poolside atmosphere. This archival clip offers a nostalgic glimpse into mid-century leisure and family recreation.
