Shot on 8mm film in 1939, this vintage home movie captures a lively rugby match in Washington. Players in period uniforms compete on a dusty field, with one team in light jerseys and another in darker gear. The action unfolds under bright daylight, showing tackles, runs, and players on the ground. Classic automobiles and a white van are parked along a fence in the background, with spectators watching from the sidelines. The footage exhibits natural film grain, slight jitter, and the characteristic frame edges of an old home movie, offering authentic archival footage of mid-20th century sports and recreation.
