A woman in a white bathing cap swims the side stroke in a backyard pool, captured on 8mm film in 1938. The black-and-white footage shows her moving through the water with a metal ladder visible at the pool's edge, surrounded by trees and a grassy yard. The grainy texture and soft focus reflect the authentic quality of a vintage home movie, offering a nostalgic glimpse into mid-20th century leisure. This archival clip captures a quiet moment of recreation and personal memory.
