Men Playing Badminton and Family Relaxing in Backyard — Clip Details

INDIANA-1959: A vintage 8mm home movie captures a sunny summer day in a suburban backyard. Two men play badminton on a grassy lawn, one shirtless in white shorts and a cap, the other in a light-colored shirt and trousers. A classic 1950s car is parked nearby under a carport. Later, a family gathers on the lawn, with a woman in a yellow dress and an older man in a chair. The footage shows natural film grain, slight motion blur, and the warm, faded colors characteristic of 8mm film from the late 1950s.
