LYNBROOK NEW YORK-1976: A vibrant 8mm home movie captures a community parade with participants marching down a street, carrying flags including the American flag and a banner for 'Our Lady of Peace School'. The footage, shot on vintage Super 8 film, shows a group of people in formal attire and hats, some in uniform, moving in formation. The entire scene is bathed in a distinct purple color cast, a common characteristic of 1970s film stock, with visible grain and slight camera shake. This authentic archival clip offers a nostalgic look at a local celebration from the mid-1970s.
