IRAN-1972: This vintage 8mm film captures ancient stone carvings of a robed figure on a weathered sandstone pillar, followed by a wide shot of the historic ruins of Persepolis. The scene shows massive Greco-Roman columns standing in a vast, wet courtyard under an overcast sky, with a few tourists walking among the ancient stones. The footage exhibits the characteristic grain, color fading, and slight instability of 1970s home movie film, offering a nostalgic glimpse into a significant archaeological site.
