A young boy in striped swim trunks walks barefoot across a gravel driveway toward a suburban home in Lynbrook, New York, in 1976. He approaches a covered porch where two women in summer attire relax in metal lawn chairs, one smoking. Colorful towels hang on a clothesline above them, fluttering in the breeze. Shot on 8mm film, the footage captures a candid, sun-drenched moment of family life with natural grain and warm color tones typical of vintage home movies.
