Shot on 8mm film in 1971, this vintage home movie captures children playing in a backyard swimming pool in Lynbrook, New York. Two young girls in retro swimsuits—one in red, one in orange—emerge from the water, laughing and splashing. The footage shows them leaning over the pool edge, water dripping from their hair, with lush green trees and a clear sky in the background. The warm, slightly faded colors and natural film grain evoke a nostalgic summer day, perfect for documentaries, editorial content, or nostalgic storytelling.
