A Woman Is Swimming In A Pool And Practicing Her... — Clip Details

A woman in a dark swimsuit practices the breaststroke in a pool, captured on 8mm film in 1953. The footage shows her gliding underwater with strong, rhythmic arm movements, her face breaking the surface in a moment of exertion. The scene is bathed in a deep blue hue, characteristic of vintage home movie film, with visible grain and soft focus. The camera remains steady, observing her from the side as she moves through the water, conveying a sense of focused energy and nostalgia. This authentic 8mm home movie offers a rare glimpse into mid-century recreational swimming.
