Two men operate a tractor ploughing dry, arid farmland near a highway in Mexico during a sunny day in 1965. The vintage 8mm footage captures the labor-intensive process of land cultivation, with dust rising as the machine turns the earth. This authentic home movie offers a glimpse into rural agricultural life in mid-1960s Mexico, showcasing manual farming techniques and the vast, open landscape under a clear blue sky. The scene reflects the daily work of farmers preparing land for planting, with the highway in the background hinting at modernization encroaching on traditional farming. The film’s grainy texture and natural lighting enhance its nostalgic, archival quality, making it ideal for historical documentaries, editorial content, or retro-themed projects.
