Shot on 8mm film in 1961, this vintage clip captures a low-angle view of the Jefferson Memorial in Washington DC on a cloudy day. The camera slowly pans upward, revealing the iconic neoclassical structure with its tall columns and pediment, culminating in the full view of the dome. The footage exhibits natural film grain, slight color fading, and the characteristic frame edges of a home movie, evoking a nostalgic mid-century American atmosphere.
