Shot from inside a moving vehicle in Izmir, Turkey, in 1962, this 8mm home movie captures a quiet country road. A person in a dark coat crosses the road while others stand or walk along the shoulder. The scene features modest houses, utility pylons, and trees lining the asphalt. The footage shows natural film grain, slight color fading, and a handheld perspective, conveying a candid, nostalgic slice of mid-century life.
