Two Women and Child Exiting House — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1946, this vintage home movie captures two women and a toddler stepping out of a house in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. One woman, wearing a long coat with a fur collar, holds the hand of a small child in a jacket and cap, while the other woman follows behind. The scene unfolds on a bright day outside a clapboard-sided home with a white door and small porch railing. The grainy black-and-white footage, with natural film imperfections, evokes a nostalgic mid-century American family moment, perfect for historical documentaries, editorial content, or vintage storytelling.
