A young girl in a vintage 1940s-style coat and wide-brimmed hat smiles brightly for the camera in this 8mm home movie from New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, 1946. Shot outdoors in front of a clapboard house with bare trees in the background, the black-and-white footage captures her cheerful expression and period clothing, including braided hair and a buttoned coat. The grainy texture and soft focus are characteristic of amateur 8mm film, offering authentic archival footage for historical, nostalgic, or documentary projects.
