Farmers Operating Hay Baler and Model Tractor Display — Clip Details

MINNESOTA-1971: A vintage 8mm home movie captures farmers operating a hay baler in a sun-drenched field. Men in hats and work clothes guide the machine as it processes golden hay, with a large pile forming beside the equipment. The scene shifts to a display of a small, intricate model tractor, built by Gil Vorwerk of Gibbon, Minnesota, with children and adults gathered around. The footage showcases mid-century agricultural technology and community life, with the characteristic grain and color saturation of 8mm film from the early 1970s.
