Shot on 8mm film in 1969, this vintage home movie captures a lively outdoor gathering in Jordan, Minnesota, where a crowd of people gathers around a large, green and black steam traction engine with red wheels. Families and individuals in period clothing observe the historic machinery, which is parked on grass near a white station wagon and a covered pavilion. The footage, with its characteristic film grain and color saturation, documents a nostalgic agricultural fair or steam engine exhibition, showcasing mid-century Americana and the enduring fascination with classic transportation.
