Woman and Boy by River with Cargo Ship — Clip Details

A family moment captured on 8mm film in 1956, this vintage home movie shows a woman and a boy posing by a river in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The woman wears a striped sundress while the boy is in a white shirt, both smiling at the camera. In the background, a large cargo ship navigates the waterway, with lush green hills and a distant bridge visible. The footage exhibits classic Super 8 film grain and color saturation, evoking a nostalgic 1950s Americana atmosphere perfect for historical or editorial projects.
