NEW YORK-1947: A grainy 8mm home movie captures a joyful winter day in a snow-covered neighborhood. A young girl in a winter coat and hat beams at the camera, her smile bright against the monochrome backdrop. The scene shifts to a family sledding, with a man in a dark coat and hat pulling a child on a sled while another child stands nearby. Snow blankets the ground and a house is visible in the background, evoking a sense of nostalgic Americana from the late 1940s.
