A grainy 8mm home movie from 1947 captures a snowy winter day in New York. A man in a heavy coat and hat struggles to get a sled moving in the snow while a child in a hooded winter outfit runs alongside. The child climbs onto the sled, and the man helps them settle before they begin to slide. A two-story house stands in the background, and the entire scene is rendered in the soft, monochrome quality of vintage film, evoking a sense of nostalgic family fun.
