Woman and Child Operating Hand Pump in Field — Clip Details

ILLINOIS USA-1947: A woman in a white dress and headband stands with a young child in a blue outfit, guiding their hands on the handle of a vintage hand pump in a grassy field. The scene, shot on 8mm film, captures a quiet moment of rural life with natural light and a soft, nostalgic color palette. The background reveals an open field under a pale sky, with a green-painted building edge visible on the right. The footage shows subtle movement as they operate the pump, with the characteristic grain and slight wear of a classic home movie.
