NEW YORK-1947: A line of altar boys in white surplices and purple cassocks march in procession outside a stone church, carrying the American flag and another banner. The 8mm home movie footage captures the solemn, organized movement of the young choir members, with clergy in white vestments following behind. The scene, shot on vintage 8mm film, shows natural color and slight grain, evoking a sense of mid-century religious tradition and community life.
