LEVITTOWN NEW YORK-1942: A young boy in a white sailor-style outfit sits on a wooden bench as a woman, likely his mother, adjusts his clothing. Another child in a similar outfit is seated beside him. The scene is captured on grainy 8mm film, with a dark, shadowy background and a lattice fence visible behind the bench. The footage has a nostalgic, intimate quality, typical of mid-20th century home movies.
