A mother in a long coat helps her young son balance on roller skates on a sidewalk in ELMWOOD PARK ILLINOIS-1945. Shot on 8mm film, the footage captures a tender moment of learning and support, with the child holding onto her for stability. The scene is bathed in the warm, faded colors of vintage home movie film, showing the woman guiding the boy as he takes tentative steps. The grainy texture and slight motion blur add to the nostalgic, authentic feel of this 1940s family moment.
