Shot on 8mm film in 1976, this vintage home movie captures three people in coats and jackets wading through a shallow, icy pond in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The scene unfolds on a cold day with patches of ice and open water, as individuals explore the frozen surface. A person in the foreground holds a red bodyboard, adding a splash of color to the muted winter palette. Bare trees and a grassy bank frame the natural setting, evoking a sense of quiet exploration and seasonal transition. The grainy, nostalgic quality of the Super 8 footage enhances its archival charm, making it ideal for documentaries, editorial content, or nostalgic storytelling.
