Shot on 8mm film in 1974, this vintage home movie captures a summer day in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Young women in bikinis and casual summer wear gather outside a mid-century modern motel, some holding towels as they prepare for or return from a swim. The footage shows the building's distinctive architecture with large glass windows and a sloped roof, bathed in the warm, slightly faded color palette typical of Super 8 film from the era. The scene evokes a nostalgic, carefree 1970s vacation atmosphere, with natural movement and authentic film grain.
