Shot on 8mm film in 1965, this vintage home movie captures a lively swimming race at an outdoor pool in Manchester, New Hampshire. Swimmers compete in the water while a crowd of spectators, dressed in period summer attire, watches from the poolside. The footage shows classic 1960s fashion, including swimsuits and casual wear, under bright sunlight. The film exhibits natural grain, slight color fading, and the characteristic frame borders of an 8mm home movie, offering authentic archival footage of a community recreational event.
