Snow-Covered House with White Fence and Evergreens — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1961, this vintage home movie captures a serene winter landscape in Jamestown, Wisconsin. Snow blankets the ground, trees, and a white picket fence surrounding a rural property. A snow-covered evergreen bush sits in the foreground, while bare trees and a distant treeline frame the scene. The footage includes a brief glimpse of a small bird in flight and a red and white building, likely a barn, nestled in the snowy countryside. The grainy texture and cool color palette evoke a nostalgic, quiet winter day in the American Midwest.
