Shot on 8mm film in 1962, this vintage home movie captures a family gathering around a decorated Christmas tree in a cozy living room. A woman in a dark dress with a white collar and a young boy in a light shirt and tie are seen measuring the tree, likely to determine the perfect placement for ornaments. The scene is bathed in a soft purple hue, characteristic of aged film, with visible grain and scratches adding to its nostalgic charm. The warm, intimate moment reflects mid-century holiday traditions and domestic life.
