Archive Intelligence

Archive brief fit: Useful 1950s Dade County home-movie footage for productions needing a brief leisure, swimming pool, or Florida vacation insert.
Period detail: The one-piece swimsuit, swim cap, poolside lounge chairs, and low modern building may show mid-century resort or residential recreation details.
Home-movie behavior: The value is an unstaged home-movie moment of a woman walking toward the pool before bathing, seen from a casual family-camera distance.
What appears in frame: Visible elements include a woman in a dark swimsuit, swim cap, pool deck, pale building, rectangular windows, water edge, railing, and lounge chairs.
Film character: The 8mm footage has soft focus, pink color cast, visible grain, light overexposure, and slight handheld instability typical of scanned home movies.
Edit role: An editor could use this as a short cutaway, memory beat, summer recreation insert, or transition into a mid-century Florida leisure sequence.
Historical context: The scene documents casual poolside recreation in 1955 Dade County without enough visual evidence to identify the exact property or social setting.
Research note: A visible adult may require likeness review, and the setting should be checked for property context; copyright and privacy clearances are separate issues.
Research search match: Matches searches for 1950s Dade County pool footage, vintage Florida swimming, 8mm home movie woman in swimsuit, and mid-century leisure scenes.
Archive pairing path: Pair first with adjacent same-reel pool or vacation shots, then other 1955 Dade County material, then broader 1950s Florida leisure footage.
