Jefferson Memorial at Night — Clip Details

WASHINGTON DC-1975: A vintage 8mm home movie captures the Jefferson Memorial at night, its white dome and columns glowing against a deep blue sky. The iconic landmark stands across a dark body of water, likely the Tidal Basin, with silhouetted trees along the shoreline. The footage exhibits classic Super 8 film grain and a distinct blue color cast, characteristic of night shooting with older film stock. No people are visible, offering a quiet, atmospheric view of a historic Washington DC landmark. This archival clip evokes 1970s Americana and is ideal for documentaries, historical content, or nostalgic projects.
