Shot on 8mm film in 1975, this vintage home movie captures a woman in a yellow jacket studying in a grassy field at Agate Springs, Montana. The footage shows her crouching to examine something closely, then standing to review an object in her hands. The scene is bathed in a distinct purple hue, likely due to film stock or lighting conditions, with a forested hillside visible in the background. The grainy texture and color cast evoke a strong sense of nostalgia and archival authenticity, offering a rare glimpse into a quiet moment of scientific observation in a natural setting.
