Parade With Hearse And Cheerleaders — Clip Details

A vintage 8mm home movie from 1981 captures a lively parade in California. A black hearse, adorned with red lettering reading 'E CLAMPUS VITUS PROUDLY HAILS CALIFORNIA'S CAPITOL RESTORATION', drives down the street, flanked by American and California state flags. Spectators stand along the sidewalk, watching the procession. The footage then shifts to a group of cheerleaders in matching uniforms performing a routine. The film exhibits classic Super 8 grain and color saturation, evoking a nostalgic, archival feel.
