Portugal-1972: Two Women in Black Dresses Walking on Road with Children Running on Hill

Two Women in Black Dresses Walking on Road with Children... — Clip Details

Vintage 8mm footage from Portugal in 1972 captures two women dressed entirely in black walking along a rural road beside a rocky hillside. The women wear long dark dresses and move steadily across the frame under a bright blue sky. In the background, two children—one boy and one girl—run and play atop the hill, adding movement to the scene. The film exhibits classic Super 8 grain, color saturation, and slight vignetting, characteristic of home movie footage from the era. The setting features dry earth, scattered bushes, and layered rock formations, evoking a quiet, sun-drenched countryside. This authentic archival clip offers a candid glimpse into daily life and landscape in 1970s Portugal.
