Vintage 8mm home movie footage from Wellsburg, Iowa, 1965, showing a young child in a colorful tie-dye tank top and white shorts laughing joyfully while holding a white duck in a grassy backyard. The child gently sets the duck down on the green lawn, and the duck waddles away as the child watches with delight. The clip captures a candid moment of childhood innocence and playful interaction with nature, filmed on grainy Super 8 film with natural lighting and authentic 1960s color saturation. A man in a blue plaid shirt briefly appears, suggesting a family gathering. The footage is ideal for nostalgic documentaries, retro Americana projects, or vintage family memory content.
