Vintage 8mm home movie footage from Wellsburg, Iowa, 1965, showing a young girl in a colorful sleeveless top and white shorts playing with a white domestic duck on a sunlit green lawn. The child approaches the calm duck, which stands still on the grass, then gently picks it up and holds it close, smiling at the camera. The film exhibits classic Super 8 grain, slight color fading, and natural outdoor lighting, capturing a candid moment of childhood innocence and affection with a pet. The scene unfolds in a suburban backyard with trees and shrubs in the background, offering authentic archival footage of mid-century American family life.
