1965 archival 8mm footage captures a prototype plane under construction at Volmer in Yucaipa, California. The vintage home movie shows workers assembling the aircraft in an open workshop, with close-ups of the fuselage and wings. Children watch curiously as the builder works on the innovative design. This authentic 1960s home movie offers a rare glimpse into mid-century aviation innovation and family life. The film’s grainy texture and natural lighting reflect the era’s amateur filmmaking style. Ideal for documentaries, historical content, and nostalgic storytelling about American innovation and aviation history.
