1957: People harvesting strawberries on a sunny, hot day in Michigan, captured on vintage 8mm film. Women work in a field, picking ripe berries and placing them in baskets while conversing and smiling. One woman smokes a cigarette, wearing a wide-brimmed hat for sun protection. The scene reflects traditional agricultural labor and rural life in mid-century America, with trees and open land in the background. This authentic home movie footage offers a nostalgic glimpse into everyday life and seasonal work in the 1950s.
