1959 vintage 8mm home movie footage from Portland, Oregon, capturing a unique fish counting center at a waterfall salmon ladder. A crowd gathers to watch the seasonal salmon spawning migration, with people observing the fish as they ascend the ladder. This rare archival clip showcases mid-century Americana, featuring period clothing, outdoor activity, and community interest in local wildlife.
