Boy in Red Hat Playing in Garden — Clip Details

A young boy in a red firefighter hat plays in a sun-dappled garden in North Hollywood, California, 1961. Shot on 8mm film, the footage captures the child shirtless in red swim trunks, exploring the grassy yard with scattered red petals. An adult's hand gently guides him as he turns and walks forward, his movements captured with the warm, grainy quality of vintage home movie footage. The scene evokes a nostalgic, carefree summer day.
