Two Men Operate Yellow Tractor to Till Field — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1953, this vintage home movie captures three men working a farm in South Dakota. A young boy in a red shirt stands near a wooden A-frame structure while two men in hats and light-colored clothing operate an old yellow tractor. The tractor pulls a large tiller across dry, golden fields under a pale blue sky. The footage shows natural movement as the men prepare and begin tilling the land, with the characteristic grain and warm color palette of mid-century Super 8 film. This authentic archival clip offers a nostalgic glimpse into rural American farm life.
