Archive Intelligence

Archive brief fit: 1950s Wisconsin home-movie lake recreation footage for productions needing a brief archival insert of boating, fishing, and summer leisure.
Period detail: The small open motorboat, casual lakeside clothing, and 8mm color home-movie handling support a late-1950s family recreation setting.

What appears in frame: Visible elements include calm lake water, a small motorboat, two adult men, a fishing rod, a swimming dog, wooded shoreline, bright sky, and film-frame borders.
Film character: The footage has soft 8mm color, visible grain, slight fading, handheld framing, and exposure shifts that read as authentic home-movie texture.
Edit role: An editor could use it as a short memory beat, recreational cutaway, lake-life insert, or transition within a midcentury summer sequence.
Historical context: The scene reflects informal outdoor leisure on a Wisconsin lake without identifying the people, exact lake, or occasion shown.
Research note: People are visible and may require likeness review; no logos or private property are evident, but copyright and personal rights should be checked separately.
Research search match: Useful search matches include 1958 Wisconsin lake fishing home movie, 1950s 8mm boat recreation, dog swimming in lake footage, and vintage summer leisure film.
