NIGERIA-1969: Men work together to erect a large green tarp shelter in a sun-drenched savanna landscape. Shot on 8mm film, the footage captures a group of men adjusting the tarp between acacia trees, with a simple hut visible in the background. The scene is bathed in bright daylight, showcasing the vibrant green grass and blue sky. The natural film grain and color saturation of the vintage Super 8 footage evoke a strong sense of mid-1960s African life and outdoor survival. This authentic home movie clip offers a rare glimpse into daily life and resourceful shelter-building in a rural setting.
