A young boy in swim trunks plays in the water at a Connecticut beach in 1947, captured on vintage 8mm film. He splashes and moves through the shallow waves, at one point sitting in a small inflatable ring. The footage shows natural film grain, slight color fading, and minor scratches, characteristic of a home movie from the late 1940s. The scene evokes a nostalgic, carefree summer day by the shore.
