Little League Baseball Team Prepares On Field — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1961, this vintage home movie captures a Little League baseball team in North Hollywood, California. Young boys in blue and white uniforms and caps gather on the field, some sitting on the grass while others stand, preparing for their game. A coach in a matching uniform supervises the team, with players adjusting their gear and interacting. The footage exhibits classic Super 8 film characteristics—vibrant purple and blue color shifts, soft focus, and subtle grain—evoking a nostalgic, authentic slice of mid-century Americana. This archival clip is ideal for documentaries, nostalgic content, or historical storytelling.
