WASHINGTON DC-1961: Three guards in uniform stand at attention in front of a large monument, likely the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, during a ceremonial change of the guard. The scene is captured on 8mm film, showing the distinct grain and color saturation of vintage home movie footage. A civilian in a white shirt stands on a raised platform in the background, possibly overseeing the ceremony. The guards remain stationary, holding rifles, while the camera remains fixed, capturing the solemnity of the moment. The footage offers a nostalgic glimpse into a historic American tradition from the early 1960s.
