Youth Baseball Coach Demonstrating Pitch to Players — Clip Details

CLARENDON HILLS ILLINOIS-1969: A vintage 8mm home movie captures a youth baseball game in the late 1960s. A coach in a light-colored shirt demonstrates a pitching motion to a group of young players in white uniforms, who stand attentively in a line on the dirt field. A catcher in blue gear crouches near home plate, while another adult in a white shirt observes from behind the chain-link fence. The footage exhibits classic Super 8 film grain, warm color tones, and a slightly shaky handheld perspective, evoking a nostalgic, authentic slice of Americana from the era.
