Shot on 8mm film in 1958, this vintage home movie captures a lively scene outside the French Lick Hotel in French Lick, Indiana. A line of people in period attire stands with several light-colored horses on a paved driveway, suggesting a horse-drawn carriage service. Classic automobiles from the era are parked nearby, and the hotel's green awning is visible under a bright sky. The footage exhibits natural film grain, slight color fading, and a nostalgic, candid quality typical of mid-century family recordings.
